Servants of Christ is a community of Christians who want to serve others in the same spirit as Jesus himself.

The pastor, Rev. Stephen Prokop, is available for:
   > spiritual direction,
   > baptisms,
   > wedding ceremony,(you will be taken to different
        web site)
   > commitment ceremony,
   > visitations & funerals,
   > reconciliation (penance),
   > sacrament of the sick and
   > home liturgies (masses).

Please take a tour of our pages using the buttons on the left side bar.

You will find that we are focused on a Middle Eastern spirituality as lived during Jesus' time using the Aramaic language, the language Jesus' (or Eshoa, as Jesus name was in Palestinian Aramaic) spoke. We follow the Peshitta, the originally written Aramaic New Testament, which is known by the Greek word "Syriac."

The Aramaic language is quite different from any Western languages into which the Bible was translated and Aramaic reflects various layers of religious meanings and a more profound spirituality than we are used to in the West.

Donations - no matter how small - are gratefully appreciated and acknowledged.

The Good Shepherd

Narrative: While he was at dinner in the house it happened that a number of tax collectors and sinners came to sit at the table with Jesus and his disciples. When the Pharisees saw this, they said to his disciples, “Why does your master eat with tax collectors and sinners?” When he heard this he replied, “It is not the healthy who need the doctor, but the sick. Go and learn the meaning of the words: ‘What I want is mercy, not sacrifice.’ And indeed I did not come to call the virtuous, but sinners. (Matthew 9:10-13)
